JUTAIPSU®NA, PSU extruded natural rod is a transparent yellow, amorphous thermoplastic material characterized by high rigidity even at elevated temperatures, good resistance to high-energy radiation, and excellent hydrolysis resistance. The long-term service temperature range for PSU rods is -50°C to 160°C, with a short-term maximum use temperature of 180°C. Its physical properties remain almost unchanged across a wide range of temperatures and electrical frequencies.

Typical application areas for PSU rods include the electrical and electronics industry, medical technology, and household appliances. PSU rods are highly suitable for blank processing, precision grinding, and CNC turning.

Use a lathe or milling machine to remove the surface heat treatment aging layer, generally removing 0.2mm.
For milling, use tungsten steel tools designed for aluminum.
For drilling, follow a stepwise approach, starting with a small hole and then expanding. Avoid using large-diameter drill bits for direct drilling.
Ensure sufficient coolant during the machining process to prevent material burning or tool sticking.
It is recommended to use water-soluble cutting fluids.


Storage Instructions

Avoid exposure to light, moisture, oily substances, and direct UV radiation.
If not in use, wrap the product properly with a protective film.
