PPS GF40 is a polyphenylene sulfide with 40% short glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) profile. It offers 200℃-220℃ long-term operating heat resistance, insulation, and flame retardancy. Compared to unreinforced PPS, this product has a significantly higher heat deflection temperature. It also provides better strength and modulus, improved wear resistance, and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion. This product is suitable for use in high-temperature, high-stress environments, such as mechanical load-bearing components, seal bearing housings, and automotive chassis for mechanical engineering & electronics & automotive & energy industry.
